• Natural grass lawn Kikuyu grass with subsurface irrigation system on adjusted timers for the backyard and front yard 

• Levelling the ground with sandy loam prep for the grass lawn

• Ground levelled garden beds on the perimeter of the fence in the backyard, with edging separating from the grass lawn

• Native plants and featured bush/tree on the garden beds with a drip irrigation system to each plant
